UNDERSTANDING POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME (PCOS)

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder that affects females. It's characterized by missed menstrual cycles, excess levels of androgens (male hormones), and the presence of many small cysts on the ovaries. These cysts are fluid-filled sacs that grow when eggs don't ovulate properly. The exact causes of PCOS are unknown, but i
